here's a brutal lesson failing entrepreneurs never seem to figure out

This took me a stupidly long time to figure out, but...

Success isn't fair.
Winners win. Losers lose.
The rich get richer. The poor get poorer.

Not because the world is rigged…
But because of something far more powerful:

Momentum.

It’s the ultimate force multiplier.
And most entrepreneurs completely ignore it.

This is a mistake.

When you’re winning, everything feels effortless.
When you’re losing, everything feels like a slog through wet cement.

Momentum compunds.

It can make even the smallest of obstacles feel insurmountable.
Or it can make the impossible feel inevitable.

Which is why tiny wins are so damn important.

Not because that single win matters much on its own…
But because it makes the next win easier….
And the next win even easier than that.

But here’s the thing…

You can’t just sit around waiting for momentum to magically appear.

If the only time you take action is when you feel ready…
Then I hate to break it to ya, but you’re never gonna reach your goals.

Listen, the universe doesn’t care how you feel… It only cares what you do.

It rewards action and punishes hesitation.

So here’s the playbook that actually works for generating positive momentum:

  1. Get a tiny win. (Even small wins compound)
  2. Keep moving forward.. (Never, ever stop)
  3. Never break the chain. (Consistency beats intensity every single time)

Now, I’m guessing if you’re like most founders I work with, there’s ONE activity you’ve been putting off.

A single domino just waiting to set off a chain reaction.

Here’s my challenge to you:

Block 30 minutes on your calendar TODAY to ferociously attack that activity.

Stop overthinking. Start doing.
Your dreams depend on it.

Keep a To-Don't List... A man asked his gardener, “How do you make your plants grow so beautifully?” The gardener replied, “I don’t force them to grow. I simply remove what stops them.” Michelangelo said something similar… When asked how he carved the statue of David, he said: “It’s simple. I just remove everything that is NOT David.” This is called: Addition through Subtraction. Often, on our quest to unlock inner-greatness, we begin by looking in all the wrong places. Let’s cut straight to it: If your business is currently doing under $1,000,000/year... You probably don’t have a sales problem. You have a volume problem. So many founders obsess over scripts, tactics, and objection handling… (and don’t get me wrong, that stuff IS important. So important that I dropped a resource at the bottom of this email to help you sharpen your blade.) But here’s the simple truth: Most businesses don’t have a sales problem. They have a visibility problem. Not enough people...

I destroyed my best friend's business... here's what happened read time: 8 minutes watch the video here instead Eight years ago, I made one of the biggest mistakes in my entrepreneurial career: I destroyed my best friend’s business. And to this day, it remains the most painful failure I’ve ever experienced—not just because I tanked a company that wasn’t mine, but because of why it happened. It wasn’t because of the market. It wasn’t bad luck. It wasn’t even poor execution. It was me. I went...
