Hey Legend, About 15 months ago, I discovered one of my business partners had been lying to me. Fabricated financials... The truth came out slowly… and then all at once. And it was absolutely brutal. 6 months later, the whole thing (a real estate portfolio valued at ~$100M at its peak) came crashing down… And it wiped me out. I sued this partner, turned over everything I had uncovered to our other partners, and then… …and then I filed bankruptcy. I’ve been hiding out in the mountains, licking my wounds ever since… Trying to process the fallout and all the emotions. Betrayal… It’s been a wild ride, but I’m finally ready to come out of my cave and talk about it. I’m ready to build again.
